Perspektif Erik Erikson menunjukkan bahwa krisis ini adalah bagian alami dari perkembangan psikososial, khususnya dalam pencarian konsistensi dan keutuhan ego.<\/p><p>Syekh Dr. Yedi Supriadi (<em>penulis,red<\/em>) memandang krisis identitas sebagai gejala disorientasi spiritual yang timbul akibat keterputusan manusia dari sumber hakikinya, yaitu Tuhan. Dalam kerangka tasawuf, krisis ini bukan sekadar persoalan psikologis, melainkan manifestasi dari kegelisahan eksistensial yang mendalam. Beliau menekankan bahwa penyembuhan krisis identitas tidak dapat dicapai hanya melalui pendekatan rasional atau psikologis semata. Sebaliknya, diperlukan integrasi antara <em>Akal Basyariyah<\/em> (rasionalitas manusia) dan <em>Akal Rabbaniyah <\/em>(kecerdasan ilahiah) untuk mencapai kesadaran spiritual yang utuh. Melalui praktik tasawuf, individu diajak untuk melakukan perjalanan batiniah yang mencakup proses <em>takhalli<\/em> (pengosongan diri dari sifat-sifat tercela), <em>tahalli<\/em> (pengisian diri dengan sifat-sifat terpuji), dan <em>tajalli<\/em> (penyingkapan cahaya Ilahi dalam diri). Proses ini bertujuan untuk menyucikan jiwa dan mengembalikan manusia kepada fitrahnya sebagai hamba Allah.<\/p><p>Dalam kajiannya Syekh Dr. Yedi Supriadi menyatakan, krisis identitas dapat diatasi melalui pendekatan psiko-spiritual yang menekankan pentingnya hubungan yang harmonis antara aspek rasional dan spiritual dalam diri manusia.
